Our working address is Besiki 4, Tbilisi. We ask for the owners, directors, business activity and signing location before offering a route and a price. That helps us define the work: which documents have to be prepared, which registry filing is needed and where third-party costs may arise.
How we work
We set out the service scope before you order, coordinate the agreed documents and report back with the completed records. For a ready-made company, the proposed entity and its available records are identified before you decide whether to proceed.
