Information you send

Our contact form asks for your name, email, optional phone and nationality, selected service, message and consent. Please send only the details needed for an initial enquiry. If we begin work, we will explain what identity and company documents are required for the service.

What we use it for

We use the information to reply, assess the service requested, prepare a proposal and, if agreed, coordinate that work. Enquiries are delivered to our business email. The website form does not intentionally store a separate database of messages.

Sharing and retention

Access to enquiries is limited to the people handling the request and the providers needed to operate email and hosting. If a service is agreed, documents may be shared with the authorities or professionals involved in carrying it out. We retain correspondence for business and legal recordkeeping, and review requests for access or deletion in light of any retention duties that apply.

Website operation

The hosting provider may record routine technical logs such as IP address, browser and request time for security and delivery. The website does not require advertising cookies to submit an enquiry. Links to external official sources lead to sites with their own privacy practices.
