A new LLC lets you choose the name, founding partners and directors before the first registry filing. We coordinate the documents, the signing route and the submission in Georgia. We can also supply a legal address in Tbilisi if you need one.

What we prepare

1. Founder and company brief. Names, identification, proposed name, shareholding, director and intended activity.
2. Founding documents. We identify the appropriate founding agreement and statute route, using the NAPR sample documents ↗ where relevant.
3. Address and signatures. We confirm the owner documentation and the way the founders will sign; remote instructions depend on the signing country and available documents.
4. Registry filing. We coordinate filing and provide the resulting registry decision and extract when issued.

Public Registry fees

What to send for a first quote

Tell us the nationality and number of shareholders, who will direct the company, the proposed business activity and whether everyone will sign in Georgia or abroad. We can then give you a scoped document list and identify translation, legalization or notary costs if they arise.
