Legal address
Is a virtual office the same as a leased physical office?
The 330 GEL service is an agreed legal address with documentation for eligible registration. It does not include a dedicated desk, meeting room or automatic mail forwarding.
What does the 330 GEL price cover?
The agreed use of our Tbilisi legal address and relevant owner documentation for a 12-month term. Other work is quoted separately.
Company formation
What is the registration fee for an LLC?
NAPR lists 200 GEL for one-working-day company registration and 400 GEL for same-day registration. See the current NAPR fee page ↗. Our formation service begins at 690 GEL, separately from the authority fee.
Can a founder outside Georgia set up an LLC?
We can review a remote signing route after you tell us where the founders will sign and what identification documents they have. Any authorization, certification and translation requirements are identified for the proposed filing.
Ready-made company
Can I see the company documents before buying?
Yes. Ask for available company profiles and we will identify the entity and records available for the agreed review before you choose one.
When does an LLC share transfer take effect?
Under Georgia’s Law on Entrepreneurs ↗, the share transfer takes effect when the new partner is registered by the authority.
Is a bank account included?
No. The company purchase and transfer are separate from banking. Corporate bank application support can be added for 500 EUR when buying a ready-made company from us.
After setup
Can you help prepare an account application?
Yes. We coordinate a personal account application for 750 EUR, or corporate account assistance as a 500 EUR add-on with our ready-made LLC. The bank reviews the application independently.
