A ready-made LLC is an existing registered entity. We show you the available company profile, its extract and the records relevant to the proposed purchase before you commit. You can then decide whether its history and structure fit your business.

What to review before buying

• Current registry extract: company ID, registered address, owners, directors and any recorded restrictions.
• Founding document and subsequent registered changes.
• Available tax, accounting and trading history, with the checks agreed for that company.
• Any contracts, assets, employees, debts or other obligations associated with the entity.
• Whether a new registered address, director or founding document is required after transfer.

NAPR says extracts are available to any person on request; Georgia’s Law on Entrepreneurs ↗ provides that a transfer of LLC shares takes effect when the new partner is registered. This is why the company review and the registry update both matter.

How a purchase moves forward

1. Request available profiles. Tell us the intended activity, owner, director, target date and any specific requirements.
2. Inspect a suitable company. We provide its identity and available records for the agreed review.
3. Sign the transfer. The signing method and any power of attorney are confirmed for the parties involved.
4. Register the change. We coordinate the share and management updates and provide the new extract once issued.

Need a bank application too?

Corporate bank account application support is available as a 500 EUR add-on with a ready-made LLC purchased from us. We prepare the business profile and application file for the bank’s review. An account is not part of the company purchase itself.

The 50% promotion applies to selected available companies with a regular price of 1,180 EUR. We confirm the actual company, the included transfer work, registry charges and any extra verification or document work in a written proposal.
